Vanessa's Dumplings and My Bag Addiction...

One of my favorite spot in Chinatown is Vanessa's Dumpling House (http://www.yelp.com/biz/vanessas-dumpling-house-new-york-2). I don't know who Vanessa is, but the dumplings are pretty good. Of course they are not nearly as good as a genuine pan fried dumplings you can find in a restaurant, but 4 pieces for $1.25 is a sweet deal in 2015. I have compared pan fried dumplings from around 5 popular spots(4 of them in Flushing), and Vanessa's stand out on top.

However, I don't always get the dumplings, their best item on the menu is actually sesame pancake with beef. I ALWAYS get a bunch of them to go. You can also customize yours like a sandwich. Some can go with eggs or different kinds of meat. My personal favorite is sesame pancake with beef AND kimchi; it's not on the menu so you'll have to ask for it.

Sesame pancake with beef & kimchi is a secret item so you won't see it on the menu. 

This one in the photo is actually without kimchi.

 On a side note, my addiction for bags is getting out of control... I ran out of space to store my bags so now I have to hang them on empty walls...
